Delete via the App (Recommended)
Launch the VisionRise app on your Android device.
Tap the Settings icon from your dashboard or profile menu.
Scroll down to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
Enter your PIN when prompted and confirm your decision. Your account will be queued for permanent deletion.
Delete via Email Request
Email us at support@visionrise.com
Include your registered email address and full name in the email body.
Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when complete.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Profile InformationFull name, email address, phone number, profile picture, and bio
Authentication DataLogin credentials, OTP history, and third-party OAuth tokens (Google / Apple)
Learning ProgressCourse enrollments, video watch history, quiz scores, and assignment submissions
Certificates EarnedAll certificates and achievements associated with your account
CommunicationsMessages, forum posts, and interactions within group courses or live classes
Uploaded Content (Instructors)Course videos, notes, assignments, and webinar schedules
Device & Usage DataIP address logs, device identifiers, and platform usage metrics
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
Financial & Transaction RecordsFee payment records and billing history — retained for up to 5 years as required by Indian financial regulations (GST compliance)
Legal & Dispute RecordsAny data relevant to ongoing disputes or legal obligations — retained until the matter is fully resolved
Anonymized AnalyticsAggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to your identity
